Just got my new 15 x 6 5on4 Rallye's from WV. They almost go on all the way. They can't go over the slight ridge on the disc brake hub. Do I have to sand the powdercoat alittle so it slides over? Hello RUST !

I wonder if the OP has a stock rim to test fit? Could narrow down if it's the rim or the rotor.
If it's the rim, I'd probably see if a machine shop would cut the rotor hub enough to fit?

I do have aftermarket rotors and it does have a very slight ridge. I thought maybe the powder-coating was causing it, but no. I ended up slowly bolting down each lugnut and pressfit the wheels on. Not fun getting them off.

Center holes on OE wheels are 2-3/4".

I had the same issue years back when I had my AMC Rallyes powder-coated. The coating is thicker than you realize. I had to take my dye-grinder and whittle the coating off the centers before the wheel would slip on easily.

That's what I did with the die grinder. Then sealed it. Went on perfectly.
