I can make out the last 5 digits of the part number tag,88212. There is also 96555-C on the tag.

It could be 3588212, but I don't show that number in my parts books. P/N 2983451 is 70-73 E-Body and 71-73 B-Body.

all E body and 71/74 B body 2 speed harness those are all I have for sure.

Serious doubts about another application, since erliers shares another wires with 8 terminals plug, and I think laters too. Maybe some A ? but if it does, should it be on same years

Can you make out any numbers before 88212? Maybe it is not a part number, but a 5 digit vendor code? The white plug looks like an E-Body wiper plug.

Yes, the white plug is what made me think it was from an E-body.

I think some of the later C-bodies used the same white plug as E-bodies
