It was called the Pro Street kit. They were a bolt on swap onto the drum spindle. Going on 4700 street miles now with hundreds of 1/4 mile passes and zero issues. Mine came with drilled bolts for safety wiring the aluminum hub to the steel rotor. A friend bought the same kit for his Dart recently and said they came with standard bolts? No way I would run them without safety wire!

I've used two sets of Wilwood front brakes, they work well. Go with the vented, street type rotors for a front application that is street/strip, and be sure and match the capacity of the brake kit to the wieght of the car. Also double check the bore size master cylinder to be used with them. To big, and it will be way too stiff at the pedal and hard to stop.

While I'm all about light weight, drag race specific brakes are not usually the best choice for something driven regularly on the street. I would chose Wilwoods over the Aerospace. Replacement parts and brake pad availability need to be considered. And as others have stated, expect to have to make some changes in the rest of the system. A 1.50 or 1.75 bore caliper is going to require more fluid than an .875 bore wheel cylinder.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

When I went with the AlterKation front K member & suspension due to my car still being a street car they recommended Willwood vented but not slotted rotors as mentioned by other above due to the weight of the vehicle still being an all steel street/race car. A lightweight rotor may warp to easy under braking.

I have had wilwood's vented kit on the front of my car for 15 or more years and it has been great. I just added the rear but I haven't driven it yet.

I have Aerospace front HD street/strip disc brake kit on my cuda. Works good, but they can be a PITA to deal with. Took me over a month just to get replacement parts not too long ago.
My next set will be Wilwood.

My Duster has the 9" drum spindles so my only option was the Strange-Engineering light weight non-vented disc brake kit. I would much rather have a more heavy duty vented setup.

My DD had 11" factory front rotors + 2 piston calipers, replaced with factory 12" rotors + 4 piston calipers. Next step is OEM again, but different brand, instead Z06 (huge!) with adapters: factory quality at the best price. Remember: bigger rotor, caliper, both may need larger wheel diameter and/or different offset.
Heat management (vented, etc.) is only important if you drive the car fast all the time. For any drag use (and street emergencies) you're only going to make 1 hard stop at a time.
