How do you clean and refinish a fan shroud?

I use bleach white and a soft brush to clean the crud/stains and then fog it with paint (krylon 1613 semi black or SEM paint)and it will look like NOS. You must mist the paint on from a distance,dont coat it with the paint, just a very fine mist and several very lite coats. You can also clean it via glass bead at very lite pressure but you need a big blast cabinate for this. If you do this correctly you would never know it has paint on it.
