motor in question 416 sb 248/254 @50 .590 lift 108 in at 108 on paper it shows 12.8:1 after 1 1/2 hours run time I get a max of 160 cranking compression I have been running 110 strait can I cut this fuel a little with 93 or should I leave well enough alone.

I won't say yes but I will tell you that in my engine with 11.3 and 165lbs. cranking cylinder pressure I run 1 gall on 110 and 2 92 and have been for several years with no problems. 242/243 @ .050 540/557 lift cam. I have been told 170 - 180 on pump gas but--------------

one thing to remeber he is at sea level you need higher octane at sea level..

I dont want to hurt anything and I have a new drum of 110 sitting here so was just looking to see if I could save a little
