A friend found a D350 in our local pick n pull and got me the upper bracket for a 4 barrel. Is the rod that goes to the transmission different from the 2 barrel? If so i gotta go get the rest of it!

My truck is 2 barrel. He got me the bracket that bolts to the intake,but didn’t get the rod to the transmission. I was asking if the one I have is different.

2v = different intake bracket/rod/lever

4v = intake bracket is taller/rod is longer/ lever can be long or short depending in VB.

yes, go get all of it from carb slide rod/brar/intake bracket/1 piece down rod/ptk lever

if you are going to use the stock intake grab the q-jet that's on it as well.

this is the best way to convert over to 4v on the trucks.

q-jet to the ptk lever

should have a q-jet duel snorkel air breather on it also

may have the 360 center dump mannys with the long tube y-pipe with no cats or 1 cat mid stream after y-pipe. the long y-pipe is great for chopping into duels.
