ramrod OP member R Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 199 douglasville,ga	School me on the interchangeability of 727 low/reverse drums. The one I want to use is about .030" shorter at the overrun clutch splines than the one I'm replacing. Can I just drop this drum in and go? I think these are probably about 1968 and up parts. I don't think anything in my parts pile is older than '68. "That Plymouth had a Hemi with a Torqueflite." -Driver

CRT master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,771 Cedar Lake IN	62-87 727s low reverse drums are the same. Some have holes for balancing, some dont.
