You mean 4-link bars? Any shop that does suspensions should be able to build what you need. Material diameter and wall thickness, threads and length. Tubing and thread inserts.
If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Kidding of course! You say that but the owner of the Big Iron match racer had me crawl under the back and asked me if I recognized his upper bars. They were the upper adjustable links out of a three point hitch for a tractor!
'63 Dodge 330 11.19 @ 121 mph Pump gas, n/a, through the mufflers on street tires with 3.54's. 3,600 lbs. 10.01 @ 133mph with a 250 shot of nitrous an a splash of race gas. 1.36 60 ft. 3,700 lbs.

I make my own.. that way I can make them to the length I need.. I build ladder bars for the same reason.. all moly and stainless inserts.. for most of that stuff I order from S&W racecars or just buy from my local moly supplier and weld them up myself
