Usable with any cylinder head iron or aluminum(Eddy, 440 Source, etc)?

got it on my Source heads , used Andy's batwing gasket holders .

Not really. Those solid valley plates are designed for extended runner heads like the Indy or TF 270.

If you use a billet plate with a normal head then you need something like the batwings I make to provide a seal.
