Looking for economical headers for my 360 powered, 71 Challenger. I would prefer some that did have the center link pass through condition. Any suggestions please? Thanks

There are only 3 headers for street, street strip that do not go under or have the steering linkage go through them and non are cheap. That’s just the bottom line and how it is so....

TTI stepped & 1-5/8 to 1-3/4
Doug’s @ 1-5/8
Hooker Super Comps @ a 1-3/4 tube.

I have a ‘73-360-4spd Cuda and I use the Hooker Super Comps for many years now. Fit is excellent!

I thought I had a set of Hedman headers that did not have the pass through.

I'm not sure what these headers are, but they fit an e body well and don't hang low or require steering linkage pass through. They were on my Cuda from ages ago. Maybe someone here can ID them. A few folks have said they are close to Doug's

I currently run W2 TTi's and they hang lower hang these old ones did

I have an old set like those I bought in 1981 for $89 or so....I wish some cheap header maker would copy this design....much better than the under the center link crap....No cheap small block mopar headers are worth a crap these days.

Best price I could find on good design headers was Dougs thru Advance auto commercial acct....he could get them for me for $435 or so....

Then you had a larger than normal (1-5/8) header tube race header. This is mainly why I left the Hedman headers off the list. They do have the normal 1-5/8 tube header in the design nobody wants. They also have small block header of 2 inches and greater. At that size, well I don’t see it as a street header BUT that is also largely debateable in what is and isn’t street-able.

And what it is that your willing to put up with now is t it?!?!

LMAO

Hooker Super Comps. That is what I have on my Cuda.
