I don't think it will make it with the stock spring location. Mine has 3.5" backspace 10" wheels with an A-body width axle. Do the math it should be about the same. I moved the stock front hangers flush to the frame by drilling new holes. I also had to hole saw a hole for the front spring bolt head. The rear shackle hanger can be moved anywhere you want. Just remove the rear bumper shocks and you can reach inside the frame. Drill new holes and your alll set. The biggest stumbling block is the front inner wheel well. It has to be moved inward. Go back in my old posts ,there are pictures of how I did it.
