JMCFAN OP top fuel J Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 2,090 New Mexico	So newly painted dash is installed etc. I know I have read of grounding issues/fixes.. whats the right way etc..? 68 Charger 383/ AT Green/Green VT 70 Roadrunner 383/4sp Purple/Black VT

Stanton Don't question me! S Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 8,862 Ontario, Canada	Well the factory just bolted them in and relied on bare metal contact through the frame and bolts to achieve grounding.

71birdJ68 master 7 Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 4,450 Morristown Tn.	On a 71 there was a ground reinforcing wire that was on the left side that went from the dash frame to the car's structure around where the kick panel is. Maybe a 70 is the same, the service manual tell about it.
