I got the springs and the Caltrac 4200 Dran 2 hole profile setup.

I noticed the spring plate does not come with a shock mounting stud.

What would you recommend. This is for a 67 Barracuda with a 8 3/4 rear stock shock mounting points using Calvert shocks

Ah...so many pedestrians, so little time...

On my 68 Barracuda the doorman shock mounts pushed the shock back a little far for my liking. I ended up just using bolts with a sleeve to fill the bushing diameter in the shock. Has worked well for 6 or 7 years.

I didn't like how the Calvert lower plates were designed so I made my own.

Andy - is that a tie down hook integrated to the plate?

Andy
What am I overlooking in yoru photo's. I do not see the bracket to mount the bar to. Is it just really short or something?
Other than that question, I REALLY like how yours is made compared to the Calverts

Good question, I missed it in my first reply. This is a "u weld it" kit so you need to buy the brackets for the link bar separate. Some guys just want the shock plate with the double shear shock mount, other guys want the whole kit so they can run a link bar.

Yes, I added a loop hole in the plate for tie downs.
