The reason behind the question is I thought the intake rocker would have more offset or perhaps a bigger spacer. Birdtracker

The Trick Flow heads use a standard offset rocker arm. 50 year old nodular iron Max Wedge rocker arms should fit on a Trick Flow 270 head.
