Does anyone know of a source for the fuzzy felt-material that is used to cover the the stamped metal stabilizers for both the driver's and passenger windows? These are the metal brackets on E-bodies (and I imagine other Dodges) which help align and put pressure on the window glass. Trying to restore both my 1970 Challenger doors.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I know Tom at RT Specialties is making those.

The link above is a Vans Auto Ebay listing. Those don't look like the RT Specialties pieces so I'm guessing Vans is making them also.

I had spent a TON of time just looking for that correct fuzzy material. All I could find was a modern material with Teflon hair made in Japan. Odd how difficult the material was to find. It had an unusual name too. I thought if I could get the material the original brackets could just recovered. Problem is that companies that supply to auto companies have MASSIVE minimum order quantities. To get the Teflon hair material required a 30,000ft purchase. I passed the company name and info on a couple times. I'd really have to dig to find it again.

Thanks for the lead on Restoration Specialties. FYI to all, I talked to Tom Race at RT Specialties and he is all ready re-making these window stabilizers. They are in the process of being made now and he said to check his site out every couple of weeks to see when he has them in stock. Thanks for all your help everyone!
