Yes, they came with split lock washers from the factory.

If you look in the 69 Plymouth Sevice Manual under 426 Engines at the end of the engine section, there's a diagram that shows bolts and washers for all the oil pump bolts and cover bolts. They should be grade 8 lock washers as far as I know. It will be the same for all BB's.

Just an FYI if you are switching to a HI VOLUME PUMP you need LONGER bolts ...
