need imput or info on milodon hemi water block ? whats the max bore and stroke it will hold ? and are they reliable ? thanks

They never were popular for their intended purpose. (TF/FC.) I'm not sure of max bore size. All those motors were 4.25 stroke with aluminum rods back then so they will probably hold a lot of crank. I don't know if they will accept a stock type starter. You could call Milodon but since it's been 40 years all those guys are probably gone or dead.

I would bet money that those blocks all had wet sleeves in them for top fuel racing so the teams could yank and replace them at the races.
That being said all those type blocks are famous for leaking water into the oil pan, which when you change oil after every run is no big deal to them guys
All the current top fuel and most alcohol race blocks are billet aluminum, no water in them or the heads
If Milidon made a dry sleeve aluminum Hemi block that won't leak water into the oil pan then maybe I would think about using one
Keith Black made the aluminum street hemi blocks with dry sleeves for street use and I think they still do

My opinion here. Cesar is obviously looking to make serious power for T/S or fast heads up racing. Go with a Brad or an AJ 481X. The initial investment is not cheap. Parts are all off the shelf and the Procharger setups for these are awesome. All those Chemi's and 5"/5.3" bore space stuff are mind boggling expensive and all the valve train and everything for them is basically custom. Try $60,000 just in parts.
