Did Cudas use an inside the door mounting bracket or was the mirror secured with just screws through the door sheet metal? If mounting bracket was used could someone post a photo of one? TIA

The mirrors were secured to the door using a tubular retaining anchor that was expanded in the door hole using a special tool. Kind of like a rivet gun. The mirror attaching screw threads into the retainer to hold the mirror to the door.

I think someone posted a picture of the correct anchor and expanding tool on this site before.
