Sorry someone else had issues with this sketchy company. I ordered a few breather filters directly from Colin because Summit only had one. I placed the order on a Wednesday for Friday delivery, nothing. Called, emailed several times with no reply. The last voicemail I left for Colin, I told him I was going to dispute the charges if I didn't hear back from him... Nothing. Received my money back and emailed him telling him what a crap company he ran, and wouldn't you know I got a response. He said he'd send them out that day for NDA... Nothing LOL.
R2C is a piece of crap company and Colin is basically a thief as far as I'm concerned. I've never had to dispute charges from any company like that in all my years in this hobby... Or any of my hobbies. I'm sure he's on his way out, because he definitely acts like it.

I bought two filters from them a couple of years ago, (not at the same time). The only issue I had was they sent the wrong one at first (someone there had misread the part number). When informed of the error, they very quickly sent out the correct one with no extra charges, it was here within a couple of days IIRC and I got to keep the wrong one which ended up on a mates Harley. Didn't have any complaints back then. It's a shame to hear it's gone downhill some.
