if it is pre 1965 I think the bottom pass.bolt will not line up,other than that it will work. It's a 64
|

Are the bolts that go into the block metric?

you also need that thin spacer that goes to the block---or there is a new torque converter being made to allow for that thickness.... What's the thickness? I assume a mid-plate could take care of this?

the spacer looks like 3/64? and is used on the 5.7 and the 4.7-----a friend has done 4 of these into older mopars and has bought these off ebay i believe----i grabbed a junkyard one for him and he announced he got a torque converter that was made to delete the need for that spacer....someone here must be up on it......mopar part number 53032454AA.
