I’ve used several guys and the ones on this board will do you a could job. The shiny vs dull finish on the barrel debate will go on forever and both have their place. I’m sure several that do these will give their thoughts. My problems with real shiny ones is this. In order to get all the nicks or rust pits out, the barrel has to be sanded on a lathe. Therefore the detail in the stamped numbers can be diminished. They look real nice and stand out on your firewall. Bill at bmcuda, does not sand his so the numbers are deeper like from the factory. His do not come out quite as shiny. He can give it a little shine as a compromise. That is what he did for the last one for me. He will get to do the ones on my Superbird and my A12 Bee. I would not use anyone who does not regularly come on this board. Search the name on the internet before you send off. There is one person who does not have a good reputation right now.

Stay away from the Florida restoration duel "Passion for Mopars", I have had very bad experience with them. S F Restoration has done several for me and they are very nice. Here is a couple of pics. up

I had list ed the wrong restoration who had done mine by mistake. I have correct it and pictures are from my motor that S F Restoration did for me, sorry Stephan for not listing the right person in my original post. up

I have had several great experiences with Kim @ Passion for Mopars and she currently is restoring the wiper motor for my Cuda.

Good Luck, I sent 2 to be restored, terrible communications, long time to get back and then neither one worked. I sent them back and she sent them back and said they worked, guess what one worked half ass and the other worked intermediately. Never again for me.

This debate can go on and on...

My recommendation is to send your wiper motor to Bill Meerholz at http://www.bmcuda.com as Flypaper recommended. His restorations are top quality, with a true OE look. I've had my entire wiper system restored by Bill, and it looks and functions perfectly.

Stephan Fornier in Canada does the best job in my opinion and I am very picky.
