If the points are in good shape on your original, just take the cover off, and have it replaced. All of the new ones I have seen except the ones that R E. of Mopar Action has cheap and smaller points and coil. Not as heavy duty as factory.

I have had an off and on no crank. When I wiggle the wires to it, it will crank and start... Noticed one of the connections has a loose rivet so I was going to replace it.. Looking for a quality part so I thought I would ask on here...

Had the same intermittent no start had to wiggle the wires problem with a Re-pop relay. Yup loose rivet, got one from Napa a Standard or Echlin brand and made in the USA, problem solved.
