Where in FL? Two of my local speed shops, H.P. Sales and Murrary's, can and will test them with their display set ups

If you have a 12 volt battery and the correct coil, you can test it. MSD website tells how.

I sent a 6AL box to MSD to have rebuilt and it was less than $30.00 with shipping included. They also lengthened the wires and installed the latest internals. It was the best $30.00 I ever spent on a used part.

Go to your local speed shop and see if they have a tester. I did that to my 6AL box and it was free.

Wire it directly to a battery and coil, tap the white wire to the ground post and if the coil sparks its good.
