pre 68s are just one wire since the back up light switch is on shifters up to 68. 69s was the first year for the 3 pins NSS with the back up light switch built in ( actually a mid year change )

I'm assuming your trans has the single pin NSS. Just run a wire from the "grn" terminal on the starter relay down to the NSS & you're set. if the trans has a 3 pin NSS, run the wire to the middle pin on it & you're set.

The change-over was apparently not immediate. My '68 bee was built in late June and has the one-wire switch.
