Do both accelerator pumps work? If not make sure fuel is getting into the carb. that doesn't suirt scope
If they both work it still makes me think no fuel to the cold bank scope

Inline or cross ram carbs? If cross ram, make sure the intake isn't rotted out under the carbs.

With the correct linkage you get nothing from the front carb accelerator pump until you are at least half throttle.

I suspect more fuel system contamination than you might think. At the very least I'd change the fuel filter, pull the air horns off and flush them clean of any contaminants. Be a good time to change out the needles & seats, add new acc pumps, and check your float levels. .02
