I havent done this swap but I would guess that ita a 100% direct swap. Cant see why there would be a differance between a 64 and 66 Poly. But there are a few "Poly Experts" on here, just wait for them. DaveJ

You will need to use the engine brackets from the 66 car as the 64 car has different brackets and K frame.
The engine sits back farther in the 66 than the 64.
Use the 66 mounting parts, check the convertor hub as stated, but otherwise you should be good to go.
