what should the engine timing be when breaking in a rebuilt 340?

during break in...i usually set the timing to about 32 degrees..

i have the timing light hooked up and ready as soon as the engine fires and will stay running...

just fired a new engine yesterday...

I go about 10° initial so the total is retarded by 5-10°.
