Thanks, Jim If it's in regards to the 1 or 2 pc rear, I've always run the 1 pc rear on my E bodies, I suspect the 2 pc rear is for shipping purposes?, the 1 piece rear comes folded in half for shipping (easily straightened) If you got nothing on your car, you'll need to determine what kit will fit your current drum/rotor and master/booster set up, and frame over or under front lines, generally I find 71's are frame over, and 70's are frame under, but there's so many variables plant to plant, year to year

Some cars came with a proportioning valve under the driver seat area which would be a 2 piece line .. the one piece has the valve below the booster.. If that's the case...then the OP needs to determine what PV he has, if any? (I'll assume it's a disc/drum set up that the OP is installing?)

Thanks!! jim The top middle one is basically just a distribution block, which your 4 wheel drum model would have had, you'll need to add a proportioning valve, factory or aftermarket for the rear brakes, to dial in the amount of brake bias needed front to rear, what you choose to do in that regard will determine what brake line kit to choose from

Dayclona is right. red arrow shows where to locate said PV on your frame so two piece lines will fit.

The empty hole is already there (or it was on my car, also a 4 wheel drum car, not threaded, use self tapping body bolt), close up....
Yeah, it's hopped up to over 160...

I bought all of my brake lines, and disc brake valves from The Wrong Stuff, and I had to replace everything, but the one lone line going from front to the back. So, I can say that I would buy from sone one else. I've always had good results with Right Stuff lines and FineLines, Inline tube is always hit or miss as far as quality and fit, there's a lot of variables on our cars when it comes to brake line kits currently offered, I've had customer's as well as my own applications where several vendors offerings for the same application just don't fit the configuration needed, and I end up either making my own line(s) or sending the original line(s) to the vendor so they can make and add it to their inventory/offerings

Almost every line from the wrong stuff leaked, and they sent the wrong prop valve for my car, which I had to pay for to replace everything from someone else that didn't leak, but the biggest thing that got me was that lack of knowledge they have. The rubber hoses that go from the drum, and or caliper to the hard line at the frame rail didn't have any of the splines that hold it from turning in the tab welded on the rail, and I couldn't make them understand what that was, and they sent me another set just like the first, so I have two sets of hoses that can't be used. I think I sent a picture showing it. Also, all of my fuel, and return lines from the front of the car to the back were hand delivered to them, cause they didn't have anything for a 71, and they couldn't reproduce them so that they would fit the car without modification. Shame cause customer was really good, they just can't make anything that works.

I don't know what to tell ya? but I used several brake line kits from Right Stuff in the last decade or two, for several 71 B body disc brake applications, 2 sets of 68-70 B body Stainless brake line kits, as well as stainless fuel and emission lines, 6 pack Stainless fuel line kits, as well as an assortment of stainless E body brake, fuel and emission lines and installation was pretty much R&R, their lines even adapted well to rear wheel disc set ups with minor mods, I only remember having one issue getting the correct driver's side brake line orientated with Armour shield on a 70 Charger, I ended up sending them the original, and within a week I had a replacement that fit... I'll agree I didn't care for their stock rubber flex lines, and I sourced those with other vendors, on applications where Stainless braided flex lines were used, their was no issues... Finelines I've never really had any issues other than the wrong thread fitting end being on the end of a line, but generally one can resolve that without much fanfare, Finelines was always very good at resolving any issues with a line that was either missing, or non-existent in one of their kits InLine Tube has some good products, but often I ended up sourcing half or more components from other sources to replace junk or ill fitting or missing components in their kits, so they were always last on my list of sources to use Generally I opt for Stainless lines for the entire vehicle, if they're available...

I have done the 4 wheel drum to power disc brakes and drums in back conversion twice.
All the components are different between 4 wheel drum and front disc. You need to acquire all the parts for disc brakes to make it work correctly.
The valves, lines, master cly are all different, do not mix the different parts together and expect good results because it won't work like it should from the factory.
The lines are different from drum to disc.
You must decide whether you are going to use early or late disc brake valving because that affects your line choices. and like shown above there are 2 different early setups too, do not mix them.
Keep it all factory and they will fit/work flawless, it you mix them then you will have all kinds of trouble making it work.
I know it is very confusing and contributes to people getting the wrong parts the first time from many venders, not really the venders fault.
You can use the late(72-74) model proportioning valve on your 70 model as they are going to be easier to find I think. I would use all original used valving verses new. But keep it all the same. ie: 72 or 70 do not mix like said twice. That is when folks get in trouble by mixing components then blame the line guys for your errors.
I have bought a lot of Fine Lines stuff for 3 different cars and the fit is great. Know what you need and they will bend it perfect.

Like I said you start mixing different years/drum verses disc and the line guys are not gonna make your lines correct the first time and they(brakes) might not work as good as they could be if you rig it together with adapter fittings.
