Anybody run these? What's the catch? I know they're not coated but they say they're American made.

Fitment??? I've got a B-body 440 with 906 heads, power steering and a mini-starter.

From what I've heard they work fine, but will need some , followed by to get in there and fit.

just put a set on my 70 charger, ps mini starter, fit fine. Pass side is a tad close to the t-bar. I used all exhaust mani studs too. Pass side goes in easy, drivers has to go in from the bottom. Put the pass side motor mount bolt in, jack up the car, jack up the motor and the drivers side goes right on. (I did have the steering column out) A suggestion...while the engine is up get all your plugs in...and wires too if you can. #4,6 and 5 can be a MoFo.

Oh yeah I sanded the snot out of them, hit them w/ brake clean and a prep cloth, and painted them w/ grill paint (1500*) should look good for a while.

I hope they are good, since I just got a set dropped off by UPS. Mine are going on a 69 Charger R/T SE with a date coded 440. I couldn't resist the price, and I'm not building a trailer queen, but a car I will drive the tires off. I had a similar set on a 67 Coronet, and they were a tight fit, had to install from under the car, which is about as much fun as dropping a trans on your chest..but thats another story....
