I'm pretty sure in 71 it was an option for the Gull wing and question is more so about a 74 but from 72 up to 74 the wing was the GO wing correct? Was it an option? Or a dealer installed deal?

Ah ok Thanks Mark, so in 72-74 could it have been a dealer installed thing? I personally HATE the go wing on any car, I can deal with the gull wing if original to the car.

On a public forum there is no reason not to post an opinion that leaves the option up to the OP.

I suppose you could have talked the dealer into installing a wing on a 72-74 car but the underbracing on decklids for those years did not have the cut outs for it like 71s

Your replies aren't doing anyone any good either. So what's the difference? I think that telling the OP that the wing doesn't help the looks of the car isn't a bad thing.
