Time to put the windsheild back in on my 68 Newport fastop i know steele rubber has a gasket for 195$ but im curious a few years back my back window "mysteriously" busted i took it to a glas shop and they urethaned it in and tinted it for me it looked odd but after trim was reinstalled it looked great she dosent get wet much because she is my pride and joy but i havent seen anyleaks the few times there were suprise rains couldnt i just urethane in the windsheild? This car is far from oe infact anyplace that ever needed attention got upgraded if a superior alternative existed (leds 134a ac c171 compressor velour interior 5%tint etc.)urethane is a superior adhesive but dont know if anyone else has tried it btw urethane install 75$ .......gasket i stall 150$ plus gasket 195$ =lot more than 75$ lol
