Im looking to replace the valve springs in my Indy 440-SR heads.
They still has the original springs installed that came with them from Indy.

Can anyone suggest the spring set I should replace them with.

What type of lifters and lift.

They have been in for around 8 years.
Cam Card says, Spring Press 145 seat 350 open.
Solid lifter .632 intake & .640 exhaust.

ON INDY PDF
2” spring height, spring seats 1.550”

You might look into the K-motion K-800 springs for that lift and cam. I ran them on a small block with a .650 solid roller with good luck. I ran them on drag week which had hours of 3000-3800RPM highway time on them. I did change them every year before drag week but I never had a problem, just did it for insurance.

Pull two of the old springs(I would check two of the center cylinder springs (from #3,4,5 or 6 do the center heat cross over) if you want to see if they are gone or still usable work twocents
PAC has a bunch of really good valve springs, maybe they are the major supplier to a lot of the after market companies like Indy, Bullett, Comp and other cam companies work scope
