How long have you been running the springs that are in there.
What does the cam manufacture recommend for pressures and go from there
What type of lifters and lift.
They have been in for around 8 years. Cam Card says, Spring Press 145 seat 350 open. Solid lifter .632 intake & .640 exhaust.
ON INDY PDF 2” spring height, spring seats 1.550”

You might look into the K-motion K-800 springs for that lift and cam. I ran them on a small block with a .650 solid roller with good luck. I ran them on drag week which had hours of 3000-3800RPM highway time on them. I did change them every year before drag week but I never had a problem, just did it for insurance.
