Photo bucket as usual is worthless and a time waster to deal with. Always regret clicking on a link in order to view someone's photos.

Ye, that link is full of pop up ads and crappola. Anyway, saw enough to see that the trunk rail and core support numbers stampings are not with the car, were those pieces of metal saved?

Ok, sorry everyone. I downloaded off of photobucket and uploaded to google images.

I hope that helps make it more viewable.

I again apologize for the pop ups and nonsense. I hate that too.

Yes, the numbers on the core support and trunk lip were "welded in" to the current/new car. Not to my satisfaction....but they are there, yes.

The cut up car and green car are the same car. Body is done.

Those carbs I found on a shelf with Dick Katter? I think was his name at a place called eagle carb restorations....charged me a small fortune for them years back and have been sealed in bags since.

Ok, (Dick Katter, yes he does carbs) I see the primary linkage is bent, if you grab it with a crescent wrench and carefully pry it away from from the body of the carb it should straighten out.

I see that now, good eye. I'll fiddle with it in the morning.
