What has happened to the blocks owed that are paid for? Come on guys show us you have a little integrity. Have read promises but no follow up. Just silence! Which causes assumptions and that is bad. Lots of people put their money and trust in the new Keith Black Co. But no follow up on statements create assumptions. Just asking all involved with the new Keith Black to please release a statement. Let these guys know what they can expect from you. Integrity goes a long way with a successful business. And lack of integrity has doomed many a company. Just a statement on my part, not a prediction. More of a question! I wish all involved with Keith Black a very bright future. Please earn it through TRUST.

So yes he has a say in this. Its all the people not involved causing the hate and discontent. If you were out over 7k and no one ever calls or returns calls and just leaves you in limbo you would understand...

dogdays I Live Here D Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 16,376	The Chevy block that they're building is the Olds DRCE Marine engine in both 10.2 and 10.8 deck heights, something like that. They're not cheap, $7500 each, and were in the GMPP catalog for 2012. It's interesting that the KB is a skirted block with six bolt main caps. Bottom looks very Hemi-ish. It looks like KB was building more blocks than Hemi and Wedge. I can't believe I didn't know that. It may be 75% of the reason they are able to keep doors open. In terms of tooling, this block and the Hemi block are dimensionally close. I read a while ago that it is possible to machine a Mopar crank to fit the bigblock chevy. It looks to me that they have not wasted their capital setting up a new set of molds and machine line, they already had it. R.

If the Chevy blocks sell faster and more quantity than Mopars, than I would say do it if it means I would get my block that much faster. [image][/image]

If KB can make tons of money there, more power to them. Its the communication that is lacking. Just a firm honest statement! These guys that have been waiting can't even make plans. My son was planning to go racing this year. But now he has not a clue when or if he will even have a block or his money back. Again, its all about honesty and integrity. The back bone to stand up and tell every one the truth about when and what to expect. Any statement from the KB owners would be a blessing.

Without a dog in the race I have been sitting and watching what has been going on, I leaned towards the let them try and get things back in shape side, especially when they said they were going to fill existing orders from the past, BUT, when you see chevy blocks stacked up ready to go, then I think somethings going on, and it don't smell good. Mopar money should be just as good as chevy money, and should have priority.
