Don't think you'll find that in an Aeroquip catalog. An item like that and that size will likely be fabricated and found at a place that does dry sump plumbing or cooling system plumbing or similar. Another option would be to find a large female NPT tee and use appropriate adapter fittings to get the configuration you need. Or just have someone local fabricate it.
