I bought a 318 from a friend of mine. This bellhousing was attached to it. He used it for his engine test stand. I've never seen one like it. I put it on my 833 od transmission and it seems like the holes line up but i didn't try to bolt it down. The casting numbers are wore off. Could this be an 833 od/ np435 dual pattern bell?

Hydrobell uses 143 tooth flywheel, dual pattern NP435 and NV3500 if not mistaken.

That is a dual pattern bell off a 88-91 truck- originally had a np435 behind it. Have seen a 92 with a 5.9/435 before but not the most common. nv4500 will NOT fit it

I agree NV 4500 will not fit. has its own bell housing for the 5.2/5.9 engines.

that is a hydro bell 88-91 v-6 or 318/5.2

435 4 speed
a535 5 speed
833/833OD 4 speed

will bolt to it. mine is from a 88d100 v-6 a535 5 speed.

I used the v-6 flywheel on my 91 318 with the NV4500 hydro bell and NV4500 5 speed.

great score!

Yes, it's like anything else , they are worth what people will give you for them,
Last one I sold was $275, one before that was $150.
It's a good bell for G3 Stick conversion.
