You still have the Mustang, Wes?
Chuck-O, NO. All four are gone. Folks wanted them more than I did. Blame it on STEFF, Bubba and Chuck from Best.
Going to build me another B#&$#&(q#%$^qw(%^* Mopar.

I have diapers on both cars if/when I do it over I will use bellypans.
Wayne, thanks. Even though we've had are differences, its all good. Were the diapers not user friendly/hold a lot of heat? Have you sat down and thought about how you're going to build the belly pan(s)? What material are you going to use to help soak the oil if things go wrong?
Does NHRA require a "specific" type material on the belly pans? Anybody? Thanks.

Not trying to hyjack but do any of you guys know what the rule is exactly on the diaper?? 9.99 and quicker at your track or JUST at a nhra event?? Wes?
Ryan. From what I understand its not required on any Sportsman type cars ,permitted, not required. Here's something for you too look at. Its over a year old, so there might be some newer updates to this old listing I have. Hopefully you have Excel tp review it. If anyone has anything mroe current perhaps they'll post it.

You can get the pads from any Grainger or industrial supply house for that matter. As for the material there is no spec. I run a diaper on mine. Fits ok and I feel a little better with it on over the belly pan, not sure how well a belly pan will contain the oil at speed. My last boom was at 155 in the lights and not a drop of oil got out from the diaper.
Couldn't agree more....and with my Stroud I drop one strap only to change the oil and filter...
