Well I made one, not sure if I like it but I'll give it a run and see if it changes anything. It will probably end up gathering dust on the shelf. up

good luck with your efforts, but as i found out, big scoops are like a parachute on your hood, they slow you down, not help you go faster. I use to run a tall 6 pak scoop but when i took it off & made a cowl, we instantly ran on average 0.12 faster & gained 2 mph. looks like it would make a great shelf ornament in the man cave.

Looks good...You might wanna slice a slot ion that hose between the vents though. Otherwise, well they cannot vent..

Looks great! Aren't guys running these in competition? Dean Hall? I thought they were for better vision in the left lane? You can see the tree better and you don't lose the slower car behind it when he's in front of you.

The only glue is on the back panel, it's a clear Araldite, nothing special, Base is 10mm or 3/8, top and sides are 6mm folded by the local plastics guy.

Notice I have it offset ? just takes away a bit of the "That motor is not in the middle" look.

if I were to run one that's what I would do just drives me nuts to look at a car and the scoop is offset to one side

You certain its lexan or plexiglass?
I'd like to see any bell mouth carb stack, just to calm things down, as I suspect airflow is going to be turbulent and biased, IMO.

It is pretty.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
