Just throwing out a little idea if anyone needs to borrow or steal it.
This is bonehead/caveman simple and really nothing earth-shatteringly amazing, but if you're ever in a situation where you want a temporary gauge it works well.
All it is...is e8@y item 271533449856 with a hole drilled in it. Cost 6 bucks.
I thought f.a.s.t. (comp) price of $55 for a suction cup mount was silly, so I made basically the same thing.
You could use velcro on it or tape, or whatever makes sense.
I've tried a couple other things, this is the current favorite. I admit I've used duct tape and alot of other things before coming up with this. What have you used?

I did the same thing with my LM2. I bought a plastic disc and stuck it to part of the shifter cover on my TA shifter. Then I just stuck the suction cup on that, worked great and only ever fell off if the temperature swung a lot.
I am eventually going to get around to mounting a tablet in my car to use as a race pack style dash, i believe velcro will come in handy there.

For my LM2, I used a quick-release camera mount for a tripod, then made a bracket off my gauge console
