Thanks guys. Al, this is actually an Indy motor, well started out as one haha. A ton of work and time in this one. We had two engines, the 572" B1 that we just got rid of for this one, and the 499" B1-TS engine. The 499" TS motor is fresh and in the Willys which hasn't been run since 2009. My Dad just renewed his license and had the truck certified. He wants to take that out soon and have some fun, and we will actually probably try to sell it. This Indy motor is for the Valiant. We will probably get it in there and try and test later this year, but the truck is priority for right now

Thank you. It will work, it's proven. It used to be in our car. It's a 632, ran 7.40's, best of 7.40 @ 189 mph. That was with a Lenco 5 speed and 4:56 gears. It currently has a glide and 4:10's, gonna see what it does before we try more gear or a 3 speed etc. Some people I talk to think it actually might not slow down too much because of the torque. What do you think Al?

There should be a TON of pics of Kenny's car as it was previously Sean Renteria's A/G champion car. I will be pleasantly surprised if it ran the same as the 572. The glide will go faster the farther out that you shift it. Should be close for A/G though... You two ever think about T/S?

Yeah I am thinking it will run in the .60's even with the 4.10's and glide. It makes 1,300 hp so it will be fine. I don't even know that we want to run A/Gas. We will run T/S with it. I do race with Gillette/Kellner etc in the local association. It is the same as NHRA except they moved the index out to 8.20 and allowed us to run with our mild steel chassis rules. I won the championship in 2014 running 8.0's and teens. I like heads up and pro tree better, but don't like the Heritage series that much. And NHRA we will need to adapt the car to advanced et rules
