What problems can I anticipate in using a 4.250 crank in an LA style block. I'm using steel rods, rear sump (no pickup tube issue), and block has been clearanced for 4" stroke with alum rods. Any issues???? Thanks, Max

My BPE 4.250 fit My X block with minimum grinding.
On My Molnar 4.125 I had to turn the counter weights to clear the oil pump in my R-3 block.

Thanks, that's what I hoped would be the answer. Max

My BPE 4.250 crank fit a production 360 block with very small notches on the bottom of each cylinder. Crank has 2" journals. I am sure a 4.500 stroke crank could be fit into a stock block.

Do they make good power with the over square bore-stroke?
