Hi all,
I'm working on the A/C heater box from my 68 GTX and would like some advice on removing the evaporator. the tubes exiting the box (drain tubes?) have a flange that is larger than the hole they pass through, preventing removal of the evaporator. Before I cut them off and commit to buying a new one or sweating these back together, I thought I would ask what other people have done at this point. [img:left][/img]

Thanks for any help

they will come off, spray some penetrate oil & work them gently , if that dont work, put a LITTLE heat to them.

Yes, no cutting. They are tight, they will come off.
