original 1/2-20 RH & LH lug nuts  " L" stamped on ones with LH thread 3/4" hex & usually a "nipple" on the top surface, left over from the cutting tool

I think Mike Ross from AB&E made a reproduction run of them a few years back so check around. The A12 guys use them on the blk steelies so you may also check the lift off hood site.
