Hi. I had a slight exhaust leak at the flange and I replaced both gaskets on both sides. It leaked worse with the new gaskets. I doubled the gaskets and it helped, but it is still leaking. I used the felpro gaskets the 60025. Any other suggestions?

Make sure the flanges are flat and not bent from use/tightening and use Rem Flex gaskets.

A very thin skim of copper high temp rtv on the gaskets should seal up the bad spots.

One gasket is all you need.

Normally I take a medium flat file and dress the surface, then use some high temp sealer.
Had one car that I had to do a couple of times, the exhaust pipe wasn't bent exactly right and was not sealing good.

take a straight edge or reasonable flat metal rule & see how bad it is warped then drawfile it end to end (move the file back & forth like you are scrubbing clothes on an antique washing machine scrub board, keeping the file level). Remflex gaskets have a good rep on here.
