It was a couple of things that showed improvement....hitting the chassis dyno to get the afr`s correct, firecore 50 wires, scaling the car, firecore 50 wires, and yes,leaving at 3000 instead of 1500 and of course; firecore 50 wires.

panels with fiberglass and get the weight out of

I'd say throw a can of " Motor Honey" in there and you'll be running low 9's in no time..... ...of course...always remember to adjust your dual wave dipsticks before each pass. If you run the style with chromium sliders, you need an oscilliscope, but I am guessing you may only be running the standard mild steel version?...

As long its getting enough fuel at the other end i think it will be a 9 for sure. My cuda when it ran 9.80s had similar 1/8 mile et. but more 1/8 mile mph.

Damn, tough crowd.... I have little doubt it will run the number. Remember; 1/4mi car, 4.11`s and I just picked up 6 mph in the 1/8th alone (BEFORE scaling the car) since my last crappy headwind 10.22 et at 129+ in Fontucky. You will all hear the results sat eve or sun morning.....I predict a 9.78@ 135+........dreaming of course but, without dreams life has little meaning.

9.92...just guessing tho.

If conditions are the same as your old best, It WILL run;
9.779 at 133.9 mph.
If conditions are worse than before then;
9.831 at 133.2 mph.

I'm not going to guess, just say that any car that does low tens is WAAAAAY fast. Don't be disappointed if you don't hit your goal, it's still an awesome car.

If you need a couple of hundredths try using some Q16. You need 4-5 jets sizes bigger but it is worth 30 or so HP.

I`ve heard good and bad things about that fuel but I just got a 5-gal. pail of trick along w/my special pump gas/110 mix. My tune is damn near ideal Bob so we`ll see how it runs. Have you been keeping tabs on the weather? Still looks a bit shady to me but who knows.
