I can tell you this much they are the two pin type and the pins could have been a little longer. The factory ones were three pin style and longer pins. But I dought you will find any.

Three pin with correct shape. The chrome on the numbers is polished. Originals were brushed. You can knock the shine down though with some wet sanding I hear. Shop around.
