Hi guys, am ready to buy an oil pan for my 70 cuda - but before I do I am trying to find out if notching k-member is required (I have read some older posts that mention people needing to notch even for e-bodies)....I don't feel like grinding on an unmolested AAR if I don't have to.
This is for a small block (360) that will be equipped with TTI headers.
My current pan choices are the road race pan or the extra low pro 30941. Whichever pan will give me the least amount of headaches is the one I will go with - Thanks for any input!

I run the road race pan on a BB in a '70 Challenger. I dropped the engine in with pan on... it took a little gentle maneuvering and went right in place. It fits fine (as advertised).

I have not used the SB pan but would expect the same good outcome.
