I'm changing my 67 Satellite's wheels over to 15x7 magnum 500s and going with redline tires.

I know I want to run 255/60R15's on the back, but I'm trying to decide on the front size.

Will a 245/60R15 fit on the front or do I need to stay with a 235/60R15?

Thanks.

I don't think 245's would look right (opinion-???). I might look for some 215/70's, or 225/65's. I like a little subtle stagger.

I run 245/60-15's Rear and 215/65-15's front.

I agree with the above. 215/60/15 in the front.

I'm guessing you meant 215/65R15, not 215/60????

Are you going to sell the Torque Thrust wheels you have on there now. If see, send me a PM with the information.

Thanks.

Were those Mopar 15x7 rims: Magnum 500's, rallyes, cop rims, etc...?

If so, the Mopar rims are 4.25" backspacing. Whereas the 15x7 cast torque thrusts are 3.75 backspacing. That 1/2" more backspace make room for one size bigger tire like a 225/60/15

They're 14x6's, Not sure what I'm doing with them yet. They may end up on my trailer. I'll have to figure that out.

Yes, I should have clarified. I forgot that 60 size normal minimum is 225. I would probably go with the 215 size as I like the apearance of bigger "meats" in the hiney. That's just me tho
