I looked on Rockauto.com and they have several different fuel pumps for my truck. They list pumps for different gallon tanks (19,26,34 and 35 gallon). They also list pumps for, engine vin 2,engine vin D and engine vin 2 code EZB. The problem is I do not know which one I need.
It is a 2008 4 door Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi Big Horn. How do I find out which one I need.

Can anybody help me figure out the fuel pump I need in the above post..

Most trucks you can crawl under the truck and look at the plastic casting on the fuel tank bottom- should say gallons.

Vin number is on the drivers side dash visible thru windshield, or drivers door/door jam placard. I like delphi pumps or carter, if OEM , personally. Better yet is a mopar oem

Are there no dealers in Maine? Get a stock OEM pump already. Saving a few dollars on a Chinese Harbor Freight quality aftermarket pump makes no sense.

Open drivers Door & take a picture of Vin. Call or stop by dodge dealer with the Vin number & they will get you the right one.

I agree on getting a Mopar pump. I had a Airtex pump fail on me in short time on my older ram. Look up a online mopar dealer and maybe get it at a discounted price. Go to this site and enter your serial number and you should get the info you need.
