Specifically the cab, but, is everything compatible to switch from '94 to 97 onto the '98 to 2001's?

Found a rust-free '94 and would like to use all the dash, seats, etc. from a 2000.

Is the frames (bolt holes, wiring, brake lines) the same too? Have access to 2000 4wd running gear and like to make the '94 into 4wd with it.
